Ladies and Gents, today i’d like to talk you in English. I’m very proud to introduce you the winner of the “Pure Gold Summer 09” best new singer: Little Boots! Her name is Victoria (!!!) Hesketh and you probably already know her. FollowME.
When I listened to her new album “Hands” and I felt in love! She’s great! She rocks! And in London is the top of the pops right now. Her new single “New in Town” is very pop-ish and style-ish but… not so Pure Gold-ish as I would. So I called her and told her to compose a new song for me. When she asked for my name I said: “And I am Nony, Victoria!” and she wanted to know from where this name came from and I said” from Nonna” that in italian means granny. She composed for me a new song that’s dedicated to me, to “NONNA”… It’s called “Not Now” that sounds very similar to Nonna!
